Allison Miller
Building relationships, whether with clients or media, is an essential facet of communications work. I am excited to bring my passion for people and relationship building to Lot Sixteen.
Through my previous public relations experience at firms in D.C., I have assisted financial institutions, advocacy organizations, international NGOs, universities, and more. I pride myself on earning each of my clients quality media wins. Working in media relations has allowed me to develop relationships with reporters from top-tier media outlets, and my experience in a wide variety of fields has taught me the importance of adaptation, quick thinking, and innovation when developing a communication strategy.
In 2023, I received my degree in Communication from George Washington University. Attending school in Washington, D.C. solidified my passion for advocacy and political engagement through communication. I also earned a minor in graphic design and have completed many projects as an amateur designer. As a creative, I enjoy exploring the intersection of design and communication, and I employ these skills when creating effective visual communication campaigns for clients.
I am originally from Lexington, Kentucky. Outside of work, I enjoy walking to explore new neighborhoods around D.C., listening to podcasts, and volunteering with local D.C. nonprofits.
