Any effective communications strategy comes down to persuasion – getting the audience to see that you’re on their side. And that starts with identifying the shared values between you and your audience.
At Lot Sixteen, I help clients craft persuasive media strategies rooted in shared values between messenger and audience to help them reach their objectives. Before joining Lot Sixteen, I spent nearly a decade working in politics and government. Most recently, I worked for two election cycles in senior communications roles at political committees in Washington, DC, where I managed large teams, developed and implemented strategic communications plans for dozens of competitive congressional and Senate races, and served as a spokesperson to national media.
I also spent time in Nevada leading communications on Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign, in the office of Gov. Steve Sisolak, and for the state Democratic party. I began my career on Capitol Hill, where I served as communications director for Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL) and in the office of Sen. Tom Carper (D-DE).
I’m an Athens, GA native, a proud alumna of the University of Georgia, and an avid Georgia football fan. When the Dawgs aren’t playing, you can find me hanging out with my rescue dog Peaches, cooking new recipes, exploring DC’s restaurant scene, or escaping the city for a hike.
