I’m a self-described taskmaster, aspiring perfectionist and wearer of many hats here at Lot Sixteen. An independent worker, I seek to problem solve and mind the details in everything I do, while always keeping my focus on the big picture. My management experience spans multiple brands and industries and is the base from which I create, implement, streamline and improve the firm’s business processes.

Aside from managing the hiring and onboarding of new employees, onboarding new clients, overseeing the firm’s financial and human resources matters, coordinating office and client events, and assisting in business development, I still find time to manage the day-to-day operations of our office and pitch in on a number of client projects and proposals.

Before joining Lot Sixteen in 2018, I did a little of everything. Working in visual merchandising and retail management, lugging cameras for C-SPAN, managing my own interior design business, spearheading multiple fundraisers and running a busy household all prepared me well for my current position.

I graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a degree in Journalism and Political Science. I’m a proud DC native, and I currently live in Maryland with my husband, our three wonderful kids and a sweetheart of a yellow lab named Indy. (Yes, we named her after Indiana Jones.)
