I have extensive experience in both law and government and I am ready to get into the policy weeds for our clients. From my years as a Senate staffer to legal externships with local governments, I understand the myriad of challenges and opportunities that navigating government poses.

I spent three years working in the personal office of Senator Lisa Murkowski where I assisted members of the policy team, including the Energy Committee staff. This gave me a close-up view of the decision-making process and the importance of real-time, accurate information that’s critical to those decisions.

I left the Hill to attend law school where I merged my two passions to attain a certificate in law and government in addition to my juris doctorate. I spent years studying administrative law, federal lands, and legislation and regulation. My time in law school gave me a greater appreciation and understanding of the complexity of federal policy and the regulatory process.

Most recently, I graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 2020 and completed a one year clerkship at the Anchorage District Court in Alaska. After an epic two-week road trip across the country with my husband, I’m excited to be back in D.C. on the Lot Sixteen team. I am a born and raised Alaskan so when I’m not at work, you’ll find me running, hiking, camping, or just generally looking to get out of the city.
