I worked extensively in natural resources and energy policy on the Hill, where I cultivated a knack for drilling down into an issue in order to truly understand the problem and develop a solution. I’m excited to apply that skillset and my experience navigating Congress with our clients at Lot Sixteen.

Most recently, I served as Senator Lisa Murkowski’s Legislative Director from 2021-2022, during which I helped her to draft and negotiate the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. I joined Senator Murkowski’s office after working for the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, where I primarily focused on public lands policy, including responsible resource development, strengthening our nation’s mineral security, growing natural hazards monitoring, and promoting access to outdoor recreation.

I graduated from Colgate University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in geography - I also minored in Spanish. While my husband and I currently live in the District, I long to get back to my hometown in the greatest state in the Union: Anchorage, Alaska. Growing up in the Last Frontier led to my love of cross-country skiing, hiking, and backpacking, and my fascination with volcanoes (Yellowstone could blow any day now!). When I’m not doing what I do on K Street, you can find me cooking, working on puzzles, exploring the Arboretum by day and the national monuments at night, or poring over a good map.
